The Original
Before picture, shingles are loaded on the roof top.
Tear Off
Tearing-off the existing shingles. When possible the old shingles are thrown right into our dump trucks, (no dumpsters or trailers) so as little debris as possible hits the ground.
Aluminum Drip Edge
Install new aluminum drip edge (seen in white) around the entire perimeter of the house.
Ice and Water Shield
Installing ice and water shield along the bottom edge (until it is at least 24 inches past the warm wall) and in the valleys.
#15 Felt Paper
Installing 15# felt paper over the remainder of the roof.
